The Administrator processes the necessary data in order to sell goods, execute contracts, orders and in connection with the Administrator’s obligations under the law, such as the VAT Act, the Civil Code, the Labor Code.
In addition, with your consent, contact data and image are processed for marketing purposes.
The Administrator also processes the image of persons recorded by video surveillance covering the headquarters and all locations of the company’s operations.

z o.o. with its registered office in Zgorzelec, in order to simplify and accelerate common customer service and internal administrative procedures.
Based on your consent, your personal data may be made available to MAN Truck & Bus Polska Sp.
z.o.o. with its registered office in Wolica, Al.
Katowicka 9, 05-830 Nadarzyn for commercial and/or marketing purposes and/or to assess the quality of the service provided.
The data are also made available to the extent necessary for the type of cooperation to the entities with which we cooperate such as IT service providers, Internet service providers (hosting and online applications), the entity providing HR and accounting services, and legal services.
The processed data are appropriately secured, and only persons authorized to do so have access to them.
The data are not used for any purposes other than those for which they were collected, they may be made available at the request of entities authorized by law to obtain such data.

The data shall be processed for no longer than the period of time necessary for the above purposes or the period is expressly stipulated by law.

Data is not subject to automatic profiling.

You have the right to inspect your data, to request rectification, erasure or restriction of data processing, as well as the right to data portability.
In the case of data processed with consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
