All information regarding the processing of your personal data is available at the company’s registered office and via e-mail at iod@ctenergy.pl or by post to the registered office address.
The Administrator processes necessary data for the purposes of conducting business activities, such as the sale of goods and services, the execution of contracts and orders, and in connection with the Administrator’s obligations arising from legal provisions, such as the VAT Act, the Civil Code, the Labor Code, and other national laws, including industry-specific regulations. Furthermore, with your consent, your contact details and image are processed for marketing purposes. The Administrator also processes images of individuals captured through video surveillance covering the company’s headquarters and all business locations.
How we collect your personal data
Route A4 Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. processes your personal data, among others, in the following cases:

What data may we collect about you?

Customer History Data – customer satisfaction level, quotes received, vehicle/trailer details including model, configuration, date of purchase, registration date, license plate number, warranty details, parts purchase details, data collected during your interactions with us (e.g. enquiries, advice, responsible sales consultant, service history), campaign/campaign response history, complaint history, service history.

Vehicle technical data – data on the systems installed in the vehicle, mileage, repairs, service campaigns.

How your data may be used
In accordance with EU data protection regulations – pPersonal data are processed in compliance with the provisions of the law on personal data protection, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L No. 119, p. 1) – otherwise referred to as “GDPR” and relevant national provisions in this regard.
Customer support, contact and marketing – to respond to your enquiries and to provide you with news and offers, and to determine what news and offers may be of interest to you and to contact you about such offers in accordance with your marketing preferences.
With your consent, we may share your contact details and preferences with our partners to continue handling your enquiries and to prepare more tailored offers for you.
Basis for processing: consent granted, legitimate interest of the Administrator. Legitimate interest: processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Website in maintaining the highest standards of sales, services, and products offered, and in assessing the needs and level of customer satisfaction. The fundamental rights and freedoms of customers were assessed against the Administrator’s interest in processing customer data for the above purpose. The customer may object at any time to the processing of their personal data due to their specific situation regarding data processed based on legitimate interest. The customer may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Vehicle service, maintenance, sale of parts and accessories – for the purpose of repairing, servicing, inspecting your vehicle, selling components.
When you make a purchase or use vehicle servicing/repair/inspection services on our Website, we may collect your contact details, vehicle configuration and technical data, service and sales data, and customer history data for inspections, servicing or repairs, as well as for reporting complaints and warranty inspections, and use this data to provide the services you have requested and to notify you about matters relating to your vehicle.
Providing personal data for purchase transactions and vehicle servicing is a contractual requirement. Failure to provide data will affect the proper performance of the contract or even make its execution impossible.
Basis for processing: performance of the contract, legitimate interest of the Administrator
Legitimate interest: processing is based on the Website’s legitimate interest in maintaining the highest standards of sales, services, and products offered. The fundamental rights and freedoms of customers were assessed against the Controller’s interest in processing customer data for the above purpose. Customers may object to the processing of their personal data at any time due to their specific situation regarding data processed based on legitimate interest.
Complying with binding requests to share your data – to meet our legal obligations to law enforcement agencies, regulators and courts
The Controller is subject to and obligated to comply with applicable Polish law. This may include, among other things, the obligation to disclose your data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and courts, as well as to litigants in connection with proceedings or investigations conducted anywhere in the world. Where permitted, we will direct any such inquiries to you or notify you before responding, unless doing so would interfere with the prevention or detection of a crime.
Providing data is a legal requirement (the exact legal basis depends on the specific request).

Transfer of data to other entities
Within the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller or a third party, data is made available to our partner Tacho A4 Sp. z o. o. based in Zgorzelec in order to simplify and accelerate the service of joint clients and internal administrative procedures.
Based on your consent, your personal data may be made available to the company MAN Truck & Bus Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wolica, Al. Katowicka 9, 05-830 Nadarzyn, for commercial and/or marketing purposes and/or to assess the quality of the service provided.
Data is also made available to the extent necessary for the type of cooperation to entities with which we cooperate, such as IT services, internet service providers (hosting and online applications), entities providing HR, accounting, legal, courier and transport services.
These entities process data on the basis of the required data processing agreements or are independent data controllers, always ensuring the security of processing at the required level.
The processed data is appropriately secured and only authorized individuals have access to it. The data is not used for any purposes other than those for which it was collected. It may be made available at the request of entities authorized by law to obtain such data.
How we ensure the security of your data
To protect your data, we and our contractors maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards as required. All your data is stored on our or our contractors’ or subcontractors’ secure servers (or in secure paper copies), and access to and use of your data is subject to our security policies and standards (or equivalent standards of our subcontractors or subcontractors).
We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to protect your data and maintain its security, integrity, accuracy, and availability.
How long do we store your data?
We store your data no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which we obtained it, and for other permitted purposes (e.g., if necessary to defend legal claims). If your data is used for multiple processing purposes, we process it until the last purpose expires. We only process the data necessary to fulfill the processing purpose. Access to your data is limited to those authorized to access it and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is processed.
Summary
The Controller processes data in accordance with Article 6(1) of the GDPR, letter a), i.e. based on the data subject’s consent, letter b), i.e. for the purpose necessary to perform the contract, letter c), i.e. for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations, and letter f), i.e. the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller.
Data are processed for no longer than the period necessary to achieve the above purposes or such period is expressly defined by law.
Data is not subject to automatic profiling.
You have the right to access your data, request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. Where data is processed with consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to processing, in particular processing for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right to lodge a complaint about unlawful processing with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
