STEP 3
If necessary, our employee will contact you to complete the application.

STEP 4
Your report will be analyzed and a written proposal for a solution will be sent to you within 14 days.

STEP 5
We will make every effort to resolve the reported issue and restore your satisfaction with Route A4 services and products.

    What is a complaint?

    A complaint is a report of a problem related to our service or product that did not meet your expectations. Thanks to it, we can improve the quality of the services provided.

    An opinion is used to share your impressions and suggestions regarding our service, while a complaint is submitted in the event of dissatisfaction with a product or service that requires improvement or explanation.

    Complaints can be submitted online using the form available on our website. Simply fill in the required fields and submit your report.

    To submit a complaint, you will need basic information such as contact details, details about the problem, and supporting documents such as an invoice or contract.

    The complaints policy is available on our website in the “Regulations” section or directly in the complaints form.

    Analysis of the application and presentation of the solution takes a maximum of 14 business days from the moment of receiving the full documentation.

    Yes, if you are not satisfied with the solution presented, you can appeal the decision. Details about the appeal procedure can be found in the regulations.
